The Men’s Healing Circle runs every Wednesday at the Family Wellness Centre, with Elder support and an onsite Mental Health Professional.

Protect your privacy
If someone might check your devices, here are steps to help keep your visit private. Do these from a safe moment when you’re not being watched.

Clear your browsing history
Chrome: Press Ctrl+H (or ⌘+Y on Mac), open the history list, then select entries to delete — or click Clear browsing data for a full wipe.
Safari: In the menu bar choose History → Clear History, pick the time range, then confirm.
Firefox: Press Ctrl+Shift+Del (or ⌘+Shift+Del on Mac), choose what to clear, then confirm.
Edge: Press Ctrl+Shift+Del (or ⌘+Shift+Del on Mac), pick the time range and types, then click Clear now.
iPhone / iPad (Safari): Open the Settings app → Safari → Clear History and Website Data. (Or in Safari, tap the book icon, then the clock icon, then Clear.)
Android (Chrome): Tap the three-dot menu → History → Clear browsing data. Choose the time range and confirm.

Use a private / incognito window
Private windows don’t save history, cookies, or cache from that session.
Chrome:Ctrl+Shift+N (or ⌘+Shift+N on Mac).
Safari:⌘+Shift+N, or File → New Private Window.
Firefox:Ctrl+Shift+P (or ⌘+Shift+P on Mac).
Edge:Ctrl+Shift+N — opens an InPrivate window.
iPhone / iPad (Safari): Tap the tabs icon, then Private at the bottom, then the + to open a private tab.
Android (Chrome): Tap the three-dot menu → New Incognito tab.

Use a safer device when you can
If possible, use a public library computer, a trusted friend’s phone, or a work device that isn’t monitored. Shared family devices are often the easiest to check.

Watch for monitoring software
Some abusers install tracking apps. Warning signs: unfamiliar apps you don’t remember installing, the device acting unusually, or someone always knowing what you searched. If you suspect monitoring, contact us from a different device.
